Custom built, maintenance free home, garden and office planters to enhance any available indoor or outdoor space

With years of experience building stunning aquarium tanks, ATL also produce bespoke GRP garden planters, tree and shrub hedging and instant privacy screening troughs. We are able to provide modular, maintenance free planting solutions for your home garden spaces, driveways, patios, balconies or on the modern loft or roof terrace. In addition to a range of popular standard sizes, we are also able to easily adapt and offer outsize bespoke GRP garden planters meaning we are not limited to any particular size or shape. Giant planters, long planters, narrow planters, round planters, square planters, corner planters, curved planters, rectangular planters, shallow planters, cube planters, tall planters, quirky planters whatever your requirements, all ATL planters are built in the same robust and versatile manner. All of our garden planters are custom built by our own craftsman here in the UK at our Weymouth based factory on the Southern shores of Dorset.

Our prefabricated aquarium tank construction techniques readily lend themselves to the fast track production of bespoke, contemporary, stylish planters and trough containers for use around the home, garden, balcony, roof or patio terrace or now increasingly being used as quick install growing office space dividers. We can build to virtually any design and any shape with applications such as:

ATL use only the highest quality composite materials to construct their bespoke GRP garden planters, patio pots and container range which we can demonstrate to cope with all weather conditions. None of our planters and troughs are flimsy moulded fibre glass shells but all are robustly constructed, using suitable core reinforcement materials and inert fixings so these will not rust, rot , are fully water, shatter and frost proof. These extremely durable planters and containers are incredibly robust and won’t succumb to the ravages of UV exposure and colour fast so wont fade over time. Our bespoke GRP garden planters are also relatively lightweight in comparison to traditional concrete and stone planters of the same dimensions. This is particularly important when being used in warehouse loft and city rooftop installations. If your space doesn’t allow use of one of our standard sizes any of our planters, troughs and containers can be built to fit your own exact space specification. These planters come with the added benefit that they can be easily moved around your space. We can supply any of our planters and troughs with a removable palletized base or with fully lockable, low profile castors providing ease of maneuverability. So if you move house in the future – you can now take your planters and even your valuable plants with you!

All of our garden planters and troughs are supplied with pre-drilled drainage holes as standard but can also be supplied without drainage holes for interior use in applications such as green separation screens in offices and hotel foyers. We can also supply our planters with a self watering reservoir system incorporated to reduce watering intervals.

We are able to offer any of our planters in a wide range of RAL or standard colors. We can also provide a selection of textured finishes to suit any environment. Your imagination can create the perfect exterior landscape design. An urban gardeners dream. From subtle whites and greys for that modern sophisticated look, to bright orange, reds and yellows for a Mediterranean and warm look or cool soothing blues and greens in pastel or vibrant tones. Alternatively ATL’s planters and troughs can be easily over clad with other materials such as timber, mirror polished stainless or slate to match or enhance your existing decoration. Whatever color or style you choose you can be assured that you will get ATL’s industry recognized quality built in as standard.

Our bespoke GRP garden planters stocks are constantly changing so please just enquire if you dont see what you need. We always carry large supplies of raw materials allowing us to turn around any specific production demands very quickly.
