ATL are currently on site at the world famous Legoland attraction in Windsor where they are heavily involved in the creation of a unique new aquatic ride. When the ride opens to the public in early summer 2011, visitors will board submersible gondolas which travel through a large ocean display populated with sharks and other species of tropical fish.

The large concrete display tank, up to 3m in depth, is to be lined with a waterproof GRP membrane and decorated with a replica coral reef. This task is being undertaken on behalf of the Legoland owners and ATL's largest commercial customer, Merlin Entertainments Ltd.

As a departure from the usual aquarium concept where the fish are viewed through windows from the outside of the tank, this experience will actually put the viewer amongst the fish. The specially designed and built gondolas are equipped with large acrylic viewing windows which are also being manufactured and installed by ATL working in association with the specialist manufacturer Mack Rides GmbH & Co KG of Waldkirch, Germany
